- Any fees imposed by the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism, the Chamber of Tourism Companies, or the Saudi Ministry of Hajj will be added to the package price
- Rawdah Sharif booking: Reservations are subject to the Saudi agent and the Saudi Nusuk system. The company has no authority to expedite the issuance of permits to enter the Rawdah Sharif. However, the company will follow up with the Saudi agent to facilitate the process as much as possible. We kindly ask all our valued clients to download the Nusuk application and attempt to book their Rawdah Sharif visit individually through the app, even if a group reservation has already been arranged by the Saudi agent. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with downloading the application.
Children’s Policy
- Children aged 2 to 12 years: EGP 32,500.
- Infants under 2 years: EGP 17,500.
General Terms and Conditions
- Triple and Quadruple Rooms: As is common in hotels worldwide, triple and quadruple occupancy is generally accommodated in a double room with an extra bed. Standard triple or quadruple rooms may be available subject to hotel availability. The company has no control over the room allocation assigned to its groups within the hotel.
- Transportation: All transfers are provided by modern, air-conditioned buses. Travel between Makkah and Madinah will be by the Haramain High-Speed Train.
- Open-Room Sharing: For packages that offer shared-room arrangements, if the required occupancy is not completed and the pilgrim is consequently accommodated in a double or triple room, the pilgrim will be responsible for paying the difference in accommodation costs.
- Room Categories and Views: All package prices are calculated based on standard room rates and do not include additional services or special views, such as Haram or Kaaba views. The package includes standard rooms, not superior rooms or suites. Upgrades may be available for an additional charge, subject to each hotel's rates and availability.
Required Documents
- Passport: Valid for at least six months from the travel date.
- Travel Permit: Required for individuals whose circumstances necessitate obtaining a travel permit. Obtaining the permit is the pilgrim’s responsibility, and the company bears no responsibility for securing it. If, unfortunately, the pilgrim is unable to travel due to failure to obtain the required permit, the client will be responsible for all resulting penalties and charges.
